Everything was great!

Staff were excellent. Made my stay wonderful. Room clean, restaurant great too. I hope to return soon. Special thanks to the receptionist who was on duty the 30th March in the evening. Room service used too, also excellent service.

Great location and spacious room - very friendly staff made you feel welcome. Right on the Riverwalk too, which was a real bonus. Breakfasts were amazing

Clean and spacious room. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast and happy hour provided a good variety of offerings. They also have a shuttle that takes you not just to the airport, but anywhere within a mile of the hotel, which was very helpful. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and peaceful.

Fabulous location, friendly staff, huge room. Did decline housekeeping for one day, but didn’t get it for either, not a huge issue but communication maybe? Breakfast had a good choice (apart from this morning when by 945am everything had been cleared apart from cold hardboiled eggs and cheese) Evening ‘canopies’ is a full on meal - over our 3 evenings there were nachos, fajitas, hot dogs, pasta, jacket potatoes and includes 3 alcoholic drinks if you want them. You sleep very well, no noise and good mattresses and sheets.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was very pleasant with a large atrium. Our room was on the atrium which might be problematic if there were noisy guests attending the reception area. The kickback offer was a great bonus if you were too tired too eat out.

Excellent location with access to the river walk within the hotel lobby by a sort elevator down, rooms were very spacious and clean. We used the valet parking which was excellent with amazing service from the staff with it being our first time in using valet parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location was perfect, you walk out the backdoor and you're straight on to the River walk. Riverwalk was beautiful with lots of restaurants and bars, its also immaculate. We walked back late at night and felt totally safe. Rooms were also immaculate and very large with all the amenities you need. I would agree with others re the toilet being small, but we didn't experience water on the floor from the shower. Good service breakfast was nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay here! Staff was so sweet. Only thing is it is valet only and it’s $30 a night. That being said the valet staff was fantastic and timely. Definitely a hidden gem.
