Had a fantastic time in Abu Dhabi,hotel is amazing with beautiful views,helpful staff and very friendly,great restaurants and facilities,loved the gym and the outside pool is fantastic! Would defenitly recommend,great for sunny escape ;-)

I was apprehensive about traveling with my 19 month daughter for the first time, but as soon as we reached the hotel my fears were diminished. The hotel, the staff, the private beach, pool area, gym, sauna steam room were all amazing. Checked in with Joey who was so nice welcoming and quick. Room was nicely layed it and amenities very helpful. I wish they update the rooms with bigger smart tvs.

Great hotel - excellent service, great breakfast, outstanding Indian restaurant. Pool was good but in need of a facelift... otherwise an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend.

The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you.

Great stay here - all the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is delicious!! The hotel even made an event of my birthday with a cake surprise in the bar and balloons in my room. Will be back here on my next trip to Abu Dhabi

A very nice experience with no complaints. Hotel was near to the beach and malls and supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital etc and everything was in walking distance and minutes in a taxi.

Accidentally arrived to the Beach Rotana Residences, rather than All Suites which is where my booking was for. The two are part of a three property complex with the third being the Beach Rotana Hotel. Residences offered to switch the booking over at no extra cost, which I agreed to despite room sizes being a bit smaller. Decided to book for a weekend away from Dubai and couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Amazing location close to crystal clear sea waters, fantastic pool and spa. Hotel rooms were beautifully furnished and consideration give to every need. Friendliest hotel staff I've met in years - from reception to pool staff and the cleaners. Range of restaurants and food second to none.

For the money we paid we expected something way worse. Spent over a week there and can not say anything wrong about it at all. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and happy to help. We have just returned from a 5 day stay with our 5 year old son. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and very clean. The beach club is very nice, the cabanas offering welcome shade from the heat. The beach and sea are also very clean and sea with plenty of space. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding, always a smile and happy to help. They were especially friendly to our son who enjoyed the attention and now thinks everyone he came into contact with is now his friend....

There was a delay in my on-line booking coming through. However Youness and his colleagues at the reception went out of their way to get it sorted and ensure we had a great stay. The sauna/spa facilities were well looked after. Loved the stay.

The staff cannot do enough for you! Nothing is a problem. The room was immaculate every day. The restaurants were amazing and the Stratos Bar on the top floor was AMZAZING! Our daily cleaner was Suleiman for our room and he was soon polite it was unreal. As we're ALL the staff. One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. I would Highly recommend it!
