We traveled in family for pleasure with our senior mother and th team was very supportive with her! I don’t really have words to describe the high level devotion for customer service. The location and rooms, amenities and the buildings are exquisite. The restaurants inside the hotel all included even on the last Michelilin Star or awarded as well. "The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The food selection and quality at breakfast and dinner was first class, as was the service in the executive lounge. We received a free room upgrade overlooking the pool and the Grand Mosque, which was a real added bonus."
