Excellent customer service. Starting on my arrival- warm welcome, checked in a few hours earlier, in restaurant service very good, great food by one of top chief, high experience spa therapist. Until end of my stay management make my stay unforgettable. Experience of modern and heritage (Arabic designer) of the Ajman Saray.

This is an absolutely beautiful and stunning resort, my husband and I needed a break and we normally book The Jumeirah or Mandarin hotels in Dubai. The service from all blew us away. It’s a huge property so it never feels busy, the spa is amazing as well. We are already looking to book in the new year.

All was blissful!

I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of our room was 1st class and the hotel as a whole is very clean. We were very pleased with the hotel and will stay again as they have...

Really friendly, helpful staff and great location.

Our stay in Jumeirah Creekside was fabulous, we stayed in a club room which was very spacious! Very pleased with this hotel.

Unbelievable hotel, everything was just 10/10. From the room to the food absolutely stunning. Best hotel I’ve stayed in

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport. Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Amazing hotel

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the RIU Dubai and it gets better each time

Area was bit far from main attractions. Good clean hotel with good facilities. Liked the 24 hr supermarket. Overall good

Amazing hotel. 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and the effort they put it in to ensure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one was amazing. Hopefully be returning again in the future. The location is also amazing as its approx 15 minutes walk to...

This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved. The building is immaculate, the staff are impeccable going above and beyond the call of duty to help at all times. Check in staff personally escort you to your room. Special thanks to the Suq Manager (Lawrence) who was such a lovely guy with fantastic hospitality. The chefs willingly take individual requests at breakfast without hesitation. The spa...

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey. The check-in staff spoke to the manager and went out their way to...

Business trip for myself and a colleague. Worked really well. Didn't realise the quality of the Diera City Centre Shopping Mall - excellent. Nice walk through there to the Metro Station of the same name. A very short taxi ride from the airport on arrival - which was nice. They were very helpful and allowed us to check in early (most of my trips to Dubai do this to be honest). There isn't a lot of quality eating places other than in the mall (if you call that quality?). One stop north on the...
