The room was very large. Many windows with insufficient blackout curtains, so prepare to wake up with the sunrise. The room I was given had an incomplete balcony and still under construction. When I asked, the woman said, you booked with Expedia? The first night my door to the balcony was slightly cracked open and I was eaten by bugs. So be careful as the property is near mangroves and golf course. Plan on mosquito repellent. The menu was very good. Diverse and many healthy options. Breakfast was good but omelets are extra cost. The showers are very good size but water pressure needs to be increased. The spa and gym are for sure five star.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom entrance does not have a door so the person sleeping is disturbed by the lights when the other is using the facility. Food was Ok. Will give it 7 out of 10

Très déçue de cet hôtel , pour moi ce n’est absolument pas un 5 étoiles. Si on m’avait annoncé un 4 avec le prix d’un 4 je n’aurais pas été déçue mais là m’attendre au standard du 5 c’est vraiment pas une bonne expérience. Nous sommes venus en urgence suite au bombardement sur Dubai. La piscine est bien mais aucun service d’un 5 étoiles , le pire était je pense la qualité du petit-déjeuner du jamais vu.. c’est dommage. Le personnel pas très à l’écoute ni arrangeant.

Das vegetarische Konzept hat mich vollkommen überzeugt, obwohl ich normalerweise nicht so mich ernähre. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, welche Möglichkeiten es gibt, diese Gerichte zu zubereiten. Der Service ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Fitnessbereich ist top und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Alles in allem kann ich das Ressort auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde gerne wiederkommen.
