"We had a short stay before our flight to Toronto. It is a great location by the beach, in a nice neighborhood. The room was nice and clean with all amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. No complaints at all."

"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...
