"Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt KL - staff were always so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Location was a massive bonus as everything in KLCC is walking distance. Also really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, was never too overcrowded. Breakfast options were great."

"Great staff they were friendly and helpful. The noise from the Metro with rooms with a mountain view was noisy, could be improved with better windows. Also, although there was an extensive range of food, a great range for breakfast, it was cold and also cuttlery should be replaced when taking away used plates.
