"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. "Very good high end and affordable stay especially if you aren’t able to get any GW hotels. Only thing is that there is a rooftop pool that is not accessible unless you pay a seperate fee upon arrival because it is operated by Hard Rock Cafe. There is a hotel included pool on the lower floors though with a gym."
