Elegant and refined, this hotel is perfectly located for exploring Kuala Lumpur’s must-see attractions, set in a vibrant neighbourhood full of great dining and shopping options. What truly sets it apart, however, is the outstanding service. From Towfiq and the entire Front Desk team, to Hasib at breakfast, Rana from Housekeeping, and Naveed and Bir at the entrance, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth, attentiveness and professionalism. They didn’t just meet expectations, they elevated the entire stay. This will undoubtedly be our go-to place in KL next time.

Really cool roof bar and pool with great view. Rooms are excellent, at times the ac was a little fierce so wear a jumper at breakfast. Staff are the best part of the hotel. Very helpful and professional.

Nice place to stay

Malay food is a lot of meat so the breakfast not too great if you dont eat meat. Staff are friendly, room is clean but the minibar / fridge is hidden behind a mirror, took me 2 days to find it.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Rooftop pool was welcomed after a day of exploring and the bar in the evening had a great view. Only issue was the damp musty smell in reception from water wasn’t pleasant.
