"The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "

"We had a 2 night stay as we were visiting the Kennedy Space Centre nearby. The location, room and amenities were great, a fully equipped kitchen where we could self serve breakfast, and great dining and lounge areas. The owner was great, warm, friendly and really helpful."

It was cold and cloudy (what's up with Florida weather?) for almost all of our stay. The comforts of this property sure helped as did the courteous and friendly staff."

"I absolutely love this property. My husband and I have been coming to this location for many years and it is our go to place annually to stay. We love that it is right on the beach along with the convenience of having the option to eat right at the hotel and enjoy drinks outside while enjoying the pool or Jacuzzi.,, Even though it is minor, I always look forward to the infused water available to guest right in the lobby. Sometimes when we stay there The rates are way over what they should be,...

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"This property is so beautiful! Take a ride back in time! Beautiful antiques, very unique rooms and amazing friendly staff! My wife and i stayed 1 night in the Opal room for our wedding anniversary and we loved it. We had a nice bottle of wine and a wedding anniversary card from the staff. Such a nice intention. We loved the everything about the house. So much history! Thank you again and we already miss you"
