The room was clean, but we did have problems with sugar ants in the sink (when we arrived before any food was present) Also the refrigerator was cold when we got there, but apparently stopped working sometime during the night as it was not cold in the morning, and neither were our drinks. Minor inconveniences, but overall a decent stay

Good Place To Stay, But It's No Resort

This is a very serviceable hotel with a great location and a great staff. Rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold (really important in FLA) and you're just across the highway from several dozen places to eat in Viera.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night, and overall it was a decent place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rachel at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive, and she was so kind with our special needs son, which meant a lot to us. The hotel itself is a bit older, and the rooms could use some updating and a deeper clean, but it was still comfortable for our short stay. The breakfast in the morning was included and very decent for what you get, which was a nice perk. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

The staff was amazing. My favorite staff was Ms. Rachel. From the time i checked in until i checked out she made sure that i had we wetting i needed and my stay was stess free. My family and i appreciate the hospitality that was shown to us.

Very quiet, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was also pretty good but burnt toast and you have to pay for the breakfast. Since I checked-in so late, they gave me late checkout. Very friendly staff. Overall, an excellent place to stay.
