"I booked 3 nights here with anticipation of luggage storage. Luggage storage was restricted and not as advertised. The staff was not accommodating. I had to check out, carry 20kg of luggage to a bag check across town because there was nothing suitable locally. I believe the place to be run by students that can’t make decisions and don’t understand hospitality. It was a relatively small ask, but a massive inconvenience to me. I found out day 2, so lost an afternoon looking around for some...
