"Clean room; lovely to hear nature sounds overnight; lovely place within nature Check in staff not very friendly or helpful, better the next morning for check out Restaurant closing early for dinner options."

"It has lot of activities. But not enough parking, the room are small, and there is like 4 or 5 channels that function in the tv. "

"Internet was not great. The ac in the room was an issue. Everything else was fine."

"We did not have breakfast included, but I tied the continental breakfast once. They had lots of choices. Room was clean, the staff was amazing by the pool area especially Jaime the tall bartender. We have partial Oceanview and was not upgraded as well."

"From the beginning to the end was perfect. Super clean room. Love it. Easy to find the hotel. Great location. We are going back for sure. "

"It had a pool. It was clean but didn't have time to go. It does have a Gym and a Casino.. Everything you might need is at walking distance. Castillo Serralles might need an Uber or taxi. Níspero Restaurant is very good and their service is excellent. It is a 15 min stroll from the hotel by foot. Other places for lunch or breakfast are near. Ask Google for other choices."

"The town is very quiet and safe parking is not a problem,you can reach the city’s surrounding the area very easily beaches are within a 45 minute drive .the hotel restaurant is excellent I recommended to all my friends and family "
