Nothing , dirty , broken furniture, appliances broken . Door locks broken , floors-walls dirty . Lamps almost fell apart , bad illumination in surrenders . Bathroom dirty with dust , dead bugs , linen instead of white ( original color ) the are gray. Rugs in same condition, dirty ) . Chais with the cover ripped. The pictures from the place look from maybe 10 years ago . Nothing is liked that , or course the are said no “ refundable “ . Try to put me in another apartment in the building. Same condition only in that one the door knocks working. But not the air conditioning. And the accuse me to not accepted the accommodation . And leave the place with give chance the maintenance come . Hey the be after 9:30 p. m. !! Who go that time to fixed stuff . This place is a fake business , don’t stay there . I have video, photos and is request I’m share too . I’m go to filled a complaint to the local authorities the supervisor this kind off business .

La habitación no era como en las fotos, la limpieza era terrible la estufa estaba sucia, la bañera también, la puerta de el baño estaba rota en la parte de abajo, el abanico solo funcionaba en low y no había aire en la sala. Los alrededores daban miedo de día imagínense de noche y estaba sucio.

To enter is a NIGHTMARE. Too many locks and gates. Wrong instructions given. Fire trap, earthquake trap if you need to exit in a hurry. Inside is perfect. Keys and locks plus wrong combination make entry excruciatingly difficult. Needs a locksmith and correct instructions to get in. Wrong instructions were given and did not work. Bring a ladder and climb over entrance gate.

Everything was good…security, cleanliness, location…the only problem I had was zero hot water for the shower…I called twice and wrote multiple times with no resolution…I would stay here again if they ensure that the hot water works in the shower…not just the bathroom sink but in the shower…
