They failed to inform me before my arrival that the location was closed and that I only knew about this because of a piece of paper taped to an out of sight door. This is completely unacceptable and frankly dangerous.

Worse than last time
We wanted to stay here so we had a kitchen and could make our own dinner as we have strict diets. There were no pots and pans or silverware which was present the last time I stayed. I requested something from the front desk and he was gracious enough to lend us his Tupperware but no pot to cook anything on the stove.

Retro is great for me!
If you like retro and old buildings as I do it's great. I like area because it s close to monorail. You 're right there by Space Needle & Chihulli Gardens. Great Thai restaurant on corner, banks, drug store and market all a block away. It's great for what I like to do when I stay over night before catching Amtrak train in a.m.

Inn of Queen Anne worth the stay
The inn is definitely a place of history you can see it in the architecture which for us great, The staff where friendly, the rooms clean, the only thing was parking. There is none that isn’t going to cost 30 dollars a day which is unfortunate being so close to transit and monorail you can travel most of seattle from this spot without the headache of traffic and parking I would still recommend inn of Queen Anne for its location and different food venues and coffee shops all with in a fifteen minute walk

Location was amazing and staff was welcoming and friendly. Coffee was available 24/7 which was great. Room wasn’t very comfortable, there were broken blinds on the ground, and we had no housekeeping through the stay.

Tiny but central.
The staff where very ftiendly snd accommodating. However the "kitchen" didnt have any kitchen supplies nor did it have running water.

Quaint historic hotel that desperately needs updated carpet and heating. Also the door to the closet would not open because the doorknob on was not turning the latch. Shower didn't look very clean but hot water was working great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out very quick and easy. Little disappointed that breakfast was not offered. Also a little disappointed when told there was no smoking in the courtyard.

Old property that needs updating. Mattresses are horrible with springs in your back. Noise all night. Room claims yo sleep three. Only if one slept on the dirty carpet. Advertised as a queen bed, we had a double. No disposable cups or Kleenex in room. Will not stay there again at$100 a night. The taxes are horrible as well.

Pros: I love that this place has all of its original 1920s mouldings and fixtures. It's super-cute! The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location is great and the price is right. Cons: It's too bad the stoves in the kitchenettes are disabled. Coffeemakers the room would be nice. The shower wasn't working in one room, so had to move to another. There's a $200 deposit charged to your card (not just a number taken for extras). If you picked the room for price, that could be a nasty surprise. Since we picked it for cuteness, that was only annoying.

No place to park during check in and after walking thru front lawn i noticed a strong smell of cannabis. Staff mentioned that the hotel had parking available, however, he "would not tell me where the parking location was until after payment". I told him that I would not stay at the Inn At Queen Anne without figuring out the parking location and then he insisted that I would have to pay for the night. Terrible experience, I ended up last minute having to look for a different hotel which I do not regret, but I do regret booking at the Inn At Queen Anne.

I do NOT suggest you stay at this hotel - I do not want to see anyone have their Seattle trip spoiled like mine. - They charged USD90 on my credit card for a "lost key" fee without a prior notice. I have returned the key upon check-out of course. I asked them to check with the receptionist at the time of check-out giving them date and time, or to check CCTV but somehow they seem not able to do so and refuse to take any actions. - House keeping was not done properly ... There was a used soap with previous user's hair on it left in the bathtub on my first night - Lights in the room are very dim - you can hardly read at night time.

I stayed at the Inn at Queen Anne in March 2018 for two nights. My room on this stay was quiet, clean, and pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there was a complimentary breakfast included in the room price at a nearby hotel/restaurant. For these reasons, I did recommend this lodging to others and opted to stay at this hotel again during a two-night trip Nov. 13-14. This time the room was dirty, smelled stuffy and was uncomfortable. I was hesitant to open a window to air my room out because my room was located right above an alley with dumpsters, and I didn't want to risk vandalism. There was no coffee machine in the room (I kind of recall there being one the last time but could be wrong) and when I asked about the breakfast I was told it was no longer available. The woman who checked me in at the front desk wasn't sure where my room was located. I was quite surprised and more than a little disappointed in the downhill slide in quality at this hotel. It certainly does not look like the pictures portray it, or as it appeared last time.

This property has a lot of unique aspects of it which makes it pretty cool! However the rooms have no control over heating which made it very difficult to be comfortable, the ac unit took days to cool off the room enough to be comfortable.

Rooms need to be updated. My bathroom sink had cracks, no cups to use for water. Kitchenette was not a kitchenette. It had a sink and stove, but neither were functional. Again no cups or anything to use if it were functional. I had a room towards the alleyway. Garbage pick up folks is about 3am. My bed was clean and the bedding itself was new. Thank you for that.

Having a small kitchen w/ fridge was nice. Bathroom was quite small, many paint issues and the pillows were terrible. Make sure to bring your own.

Needs some work
There should be cups or glasses in the room and there were not. The hotel tries hard but is a bit rundown--peeling paint, etc. The price is certainly good however. Despite the condition, housekeeping ties to keep the place as clean as possible.

it is very old and very different from the photo. Parking fee is extra which is not mentioned when we booked. You need to borrow hair dryer from front desk. The little kitchen is not functional because the stove is not working, and the cabinets are empty, no dish ware as described.

Not at all like the pictures
It property is very old. Outside is nicely kept up, but the inside not so much. The stairwell leading to the second floor in the main building has a very bad oder, almost like urine. The room is very dated. The locks in the doors not very secure. Rust in the tub. Cracks on the ceiling. I did not try to use the stove in the kitchenette because it looked like is was broken. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. The toilet ran all day an night no matter what I did to try to stop it and the window air-conditioning unit literally had tape on it.I did choose this property because it looked quaint and kinda cool. I was very disappointed in the condition. If they did some updates this place would be so cool. Lots of great food and entertainment options within walking distance. Space Needle 10 quick minutes away. Also, parking is a nightmare! They do offer a lot for guests, but it is a block away, down an alley and $37/night! Nope!

Great service - Needs improvement
Customer service was great. The place is organized but because it is an old building there is some ad smell coming from humidity in the rooms. The rooms need some furniture updates. Great location.
