"We loved our stay. The staff was super nice and they had a lot of supplies up front that you could ask for without question. The washer dryer was super nice, my kids loved the pool and playground. It was never super crowded. Room was clean. Only con was that our AC went out and the last 2 days it got hot and muggy inside. They tried to fix it but it kept going out."

"It really does feel like IHG is just buying up old properties slapping on some paint and trying to rebrand them as their properties. As such, we will no longer be using IHG properties at all. This is the second property we have stayed at in the Orlando area, that was absolutely trash! The place smells of mildew and the rooms were not clean or appointed well at all. It was far overpriced for the accommodations we received. The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I have ever seen laid out. The pool was disgusting and had bugs the entire time. My children were afraid to use it. The only saving grace was the staff was very very nice and you can tell they try so hard to like their job even though they probably hate what they’re doing."
