Amazing hotel but one main problem - as the resort is large you need to get shuttle buses to get to your room. This can sometimes mean a wait of 5-10 minutes.

My sister and I stayed in a deluxe garden room for 5 nights and had an amazing time. I cannot fault the resort. Fabulous room, huge terrace 50 metres from the best part of the beach on Pantai Cenang. Gorgeous bathroom with strong water pressure in the shower, super comfy beds, wonderful housekeeping, excellent pool, spacious breakfast area with a great buffet. Most of all, the staff are all wonderful and they always smiled and waved hello. Great leisure centre with free bicycles, and free wifi. Will never stay anywhere else in Langkawi. Thank you to all the staff at Meritus Pelangi - we will see you again.

i was staty in two daysbayview hotel. very nice hotel very nice room. staffs all to close friendly.check in is very quickly. over all top.

We were very happy staying in this hotel. It is comfortable and convenience to go anywhee as the hotel just doorstep near to Bus Terminal. Shopping Centres and food/restaurants are within a stone throw distance. Especially I was enjoying eating Chiew Chow 'ChengLow' in one of the shopping center nearby.

Great Hotel in a great spot. Stayed 5 nights in the new annex section, of the hotel, which had only been open a month. On the 12th floor with great room and view. Walking distance to everything in George Town and also has a free shuttle service to its sister hotel, so saved on taxi fares to the night markets and butterfly park.
