"Easy check in at noon as i came straight from redeye arrival at heathrow. Walked from the Tube stop. Good indian restaurant bar on premises. Only letdown was that i couldnt watch north american sports in the bar. No reception and too much time change. Double bed was fine. Washroom was small but it worked ok"

They also serviced the food & beverage area & were excellent concierges for arranging cabs, giving directions & instructing on tube & train operations.
