"I've stayed at this property multiple times. It is a great property for an airport location hotel. The entire staff is very helpful from security/bellmen up to speaking with a manager, if necessary. The rooms are very clean and despite being near the airport, it's very quiet. We ate at the Skyview Lounge all 3 nights and had drinks while watching local sports. "This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling.
