I reserved a double queen room…. When I checked in they gave me keys to a room but it was only a king …. I addressed it with the front desk and they told me we don’t have any available the best we can do is bring a roll up bed…. The bed they brought had yellow stains on the bedding….. staff seemed to have no empathy for the situation at all

it was nice inside but too much uphill or grade to the elevator and rooms, due to our disabilities. the elevator was bigger inside that helped with both of us to fit in it comfortably.

The room was really dirty and moldy. The carpet was stained all around. Smelled weird and window was too outdated so was noisy from the outside sounds. Never go back!

Definitely not what I expected the restaurant was closed on the weekend. It didn’t indicate it on the Expedia app. My check out was done and they earlier and I was locked out of my room. That was not a good feeling and people were swimming at 4 AM in the morning completely waking me up, so yes this was not a good experience.
