They enjoyed the pool, which was warm, and no crowd, they were always there alone whenever they went. Breakfast was ok as well. The pancakes were overdone and chewy, but everything else was great. We enjoyed the gym. The location is great for restaurants and stores etc."

"My first choice when in Providence, which is often. Love the location ( Brown and RISD)..great water view too. Excellent jumping off point for the East Bay Bike Trail, a beautiful 28 mile round trip to Bristol and back. Lots of good food options in nearby Fox Point. "
