The bad news is that the hotel is in need of a facelift, it feels tired. The good news is that it’s very close to the airport, which is convenient if you’re catching one of the first flights out the next morning.

No hot water in the room, A/C did not work, towels look circumspect and refrigerator made such a loud buszzing sound I had to unplug it at night so I could sleep. On the bright side the room was relatively clean. For breakfast, I only had coffee so couldnt comment on items available.

The staff was amazing. The Property needs to be updated. Ice Machines on all floors did not work. I was on the 4th floor and had to go to the 1st floor to get ice. The carbets need to be cleaned.

The hotel was average and satisfactory. The staff were polite and respected our privacy. The room was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the floor and bedding, and signs of water damage on the walls and ceiling. There were also strong smells in the lobby and hallway, and the key cards malfunctioned a few times. The location is pretty decent, there's a bus stop very close by that goes directly to the center of Providence.

I was disappointed with this La Quinta - have stayed at others before and have usually had a good experience with them. This one definitely could do with some remodeling - bathtub had wear, there were a couple of patched holes in the walls. There was a small, dead cockroach on the edge of the bathroom sink and a second one in the bathroom. We got back late from a show and was showering at 2:00am but found there was no hairdryer. When I called front desk, I had a surly response there should be one in the room so look around. I had checked all drawers and possible places but couldn't find one. Was told that no hairdryers available at front so I would have to wait until morning for housekeeping. I talked to morning staff when I went for breakfast and they were much more friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety. The hotel grounds were a bit "sketchy." Came back late and there were no handicapped spaces available so we drove a little further from front entrance. There were 2 guys standing around a car and talking. I felt uneasy about it so drove back around to a spot closer to the front entrance and away from the guys.

Easy check-in friendly staff the bed was very comfortable and the pillows. It was very clean. I like that we had a shuttle for 4 AM shuttle driver was there early. I was surprised to see they had coffee that early. That was a plus for me. Because breakfast is at 6 AM. We left the car there for $30 for the whole week. I will be coming back soon and I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and always available. Room design not so good - bathroom light switch also controlled light over sink which was outside of bathroom so no way to turn on a light in the bathroom without disturbing other person sleeping - thank goodness for smart phone flashlight.

I want to share my experience at the hotel: the room was very comfortable, large, and clean. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bed was superb. The photos are accurate.
