"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist "

"A five minute walk from the hotel. There is a canal with lots of eateries shops pubs steakhouses where you can spend the whole day and just relax. Looking at the water. Really lovely. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Birmingham town centre, the hotel is very convenient, reasonably priced and also includes free breakfast."

Looked like it had seen better days - clear signs of people trying hard to keep the place clean and fresh but it had a TV from the 80s and few comforts in the room. The only thing that would put me off staying again is the mattress which was the worst I've ever slept on. My partner weighs around 90kg - he lay down and sank into the bed, causing a massive dip. "The room was very small, but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linens, and quiet. Check in was almost too quick - I had a hard time catching everything she was saying. Super convenient to rail station and many restaurants. Great value for money but if you are a large person who has trouble in small places you might want to try somewhere else."

"Nice hotel but its in a very residential area, unfortunately I didn't use the spa as I was there for work, but hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast was good too, lots of free parking and just 2.5 miles to the centre of Wolverhampton, parking in town is not great, so I took a taxi for £8 each way "
