"Location was perfect for being close to departure terminal. I do have a suggestion - It seems that the lobby and restaurant area are treated with 'scented' products. The smell is overwhelming. For those of us with reactive airways, this can cause asthma attacks and/or severe lung irritation. I suggest property managers look at options to minimize this issue. Thanks."

"A lovely hotel, and l had a lovely view of Hyde Park from the 16th floor. Two minor caveats: the shower drained too slowly, and everyone at reception spoke so softly that they were unintelligible. None of us could understand them, and only two of us are hard of hearing!"

"My booking which was booked months in advance was cancelled by the hotel as the hotel was in refurbishment - that I did not know of or told. No other alternative hotel was offered and as notice by hotel was given close my my stay I could not book anywhere else as it was either quadruple the price or no availability. "
