"Excellent, we are in one night. My husband tried to use the sauna, steam room. Steam room out of action, sauna ok. Entering the facility was difficult. Signage poor, especially if spectacles are needed and none taken to the spa area. No staff to explain within this area. Changing room, lockers my husband found very difficult to use not being able to see how, no one to explain."

"Our family choose to stay at Novotel in recent 2 years because of the hotel is dog friendly. This time we were so disappointed because of the staff at the restaurant. Every time we went to hotel’s restaurant in past 2 years, we used to be seated indoor just opposite the buffet area. This time the staff said just allow guard dogs and not quite friendly to my pet. We were so disappointed this time."

"I like to start a review with the positive.I enjoyed that the premises were renovated warehouses on the river. My room had a great view. It was challenging to get a king room with a walk in shower. The beds were smaller than advertised however they were comfortable. Maybe I am just spoiled with the US counterparts. The front desk team was very helpful for the most part. "On arriving early at the hotel for an overdue birthday celebration with my Mum, we were greeted by really friendly reception staff. We were able to leave our bags until we could get into our room, and our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. When we eventually got into our room it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary mini bar, chocolate, biscuits and reusable red water bottles were a thoughtful touch. A nice souvenir. There was a large choice at breakfast and the surroundings were stylish. I enjoyed it so much I have booked a weekend stay with my husband when we go to Wimbledon, due to the good transport connections."
