"It a nice hotel and located in a quiet area of London. The hotel is very clean. The only concerns I have about the hotel is that they have limited food options for breakfast. When we checked in only one lift was working and when we wanted to check out the next day non of the lift was working we had to climb the stairs with our baby however. the hotel staff helped to carry our baby stroller and bag using their service lift."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. We took our twin baby boys on their first trip away and it was so easy. The 2 beds in the family room made it so effortless. The breakfast was fantastic, being vegetarian, breakfast can always be bland for us in hotels but the options were some of the best we’ve had and they tasted so fresh.
