All staff are very nice，everything was great.it’s just that there’s room door has a problem, every time we can not open the room door, when we change the room key, sometimes can open, sometime can’t open, so we need to change the key again and again.

I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations

Our view from the 10th floor, Preferred Club room was stunning. Best food we ate was breakfast at Olios-French Toast. Drinks, meh....Patron was not visible, had to ask for it repeatedly, it seemed to be put away. Havana Club always had about an inch in the bottom of the bottle. Top Shelf liquor was hard to come by. Resort was clean, our room attendant did a great job. Overall vibe was okay. Abraham at the Preferred Club Pool was a Rock Star ⭐. Other than him, no one else stood out . I read there are Butler's, I personally never met or saw one Benn there done that, Will NOT return to Secrets Mirabel.

Paradisus Cancun was a great resort for our family vacation! We visited in June traveling with an 8 and 10 year old. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If you are traveling as a family, I highly recommend the Family Concierge service. Omar, our concierge, was fantastic! From the start, he helped us select a new room when the one we were assigned wasn’t to our liking. He even upgraded us to a two room suit! Throughout our stay, Omar was always connected providing daily summaries of the resort schedule and answering any questions we had. He made reservations at all the restaurants and even reserved the balibeds by the pool. We were celebrating our anniversary as well and Omar added special touches to make our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend his services!

What an amazing resort. From the moment you get off the shuttle to the moment you leave, you feel extremely welcome. The staff was friendly and helpful in all areas. The food was really good. We had a blast at the main pool. The beach was nice, although we were there during the massive seaweed cleanse or whatever that is. My only issue was our rooms a/c leaked from the ceiling. We were fine dealing with it, but after it not stopping for 3 days they moved our room when we only had 2 days left. That was slightly inconvenient. Especially because they moved us to a room that was an "upgrade" where there was not a wall between the bathroom and the main room. Just a curtain. Not a fan of that. That was a minor inconvenience and did not take away from all the positive things the resort offered. The wildlife was awesome. Every day we saw Iguanas and Cotti, amongst many more roaming the property. We highly suggest this resort to anyone looking for a completely relaxing vacation. They also cater to those who like an active lifestyle.
