We made a reservation a month before our arrival for a Thursday and a Friday night. Our train plans changed and decided to give Friday night back. We were informed that it was a $500.00 penalty. So we had to keep the unused room, and eat the cost. The room was lovely but needed extra plugins for styling tools and needed to be cooler due to the heatwave but very quiet.

Great place but watch out for the laundry machine. Ruined all of our clothes. Outside of that, perfect stay.

Property was kind of run down. Very odd set up for breakfast. We forgot a battery pack and converter on our room and was able to tell them the exact color, kind and location it was at and oddly enough no one could find it. Very sad.

Property was fantastic! Great views and grand. Recommend you double & triple check your booking so you don’t have to argue with the staff when checking in or out. The trainees at check in are quick to tell you that if you’re booking from a 3rd party site that it’s wrong when it includes things like access to clubs/amenities/parking and it’s only another 120 GPB for this or that above what you have already paid. Spa means dry sauna and pool w/bubbles- no hot tub all for only 42 GPB for 3 hrs a day access. Dinner reservations in the restaurant turned out to be seating in the adjacent lounge bar with people standing around you having drinks and the restaurant empty “because it’s easier for them but if you want to actually sit there by yourself, that’s fine with them”.

The breakfast was excellent, (you can take the breakfast to your room) . The location is very good. The kitchen has microwave and refrigerator and all necessary as plates, cups, spoons, forks etc. We recommend it 😉
