Clean rooms great location friendly staff.
Access to vehicle was a hassle going down two different elevators to get to basement.
Room service was a little slow, sometimes had to call several times to get questions answered. I would definitely stay here but recommend staff to have more efficient service even if the service is great!

One of the main reason I chose the hotel were photos on Expedia of the view from the Vivaldi Italian Restaurant and I often had dinner there. I enjoyed the singing at Christmas evening and the buffet at New Years evening. Excellent staff.
