I had to move from my original room because the heater wasn't working. In the second room, the wifi didn't work, and the toilet pipes emitted a loud noise every 30 minutes. Additionally, coffee was advertised as included with the $30-a-night amenities fee at the front desk, but I was still charged separately. This was confusing.
Despite these issues, all the staff were incredibly kind. The problems I experienced were operational and structural, not related to the staff.
