"First time ever that I am going to say this. I loved the towels. Not luxury towels, but super soft and absorbent, My room was really dim, almost depressing. Made me think of the time my husband bought lightbulbs for a hotel room."

"Staff was friendly, even allowed me and my toddler to check in early when we arrived. Room was clean. Shower had very strong water pressure - always a plus! Bathroom door veneer was peeling off, but this seems to be the case in many NYC hotels due to lack of vent fans in NYC bathrooms. Stayed here before and would stay here again. "

I had gotten a fairly cheap rate (last-minute booking) and had read the reviews about the cleanliness, but I didn't believe it until I saw it. Couldn't recommend it enough-- the staff was friendly, the location was ideal, and the rooms were spotless. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit."
