"Beautiful hotel. Lovely overnight stay. Such a comfy bed. Choice of pillows and black out curtains. Highly recommend"

"The place was"

"Room: Decoration was good, but carpets looked very tired and require replacing immediately. The undersink cupboard door was off the hinge. We did not receive hot water on the shower. The water was lukewarm. Staff: The Check-in was smooth and the assistance helped me to pay the parking fee. Gym: we did not use it. Breakfast. This was NOT very pleasant. By the time we went at 9am, most things were gone and aad not stock. There were not enough items in the hot containers and we were not informed that they could make to order."

"Very comfortable room with a free upgrade to a family room which was huge. Excellent pillows. Good gym- needs updating and making bigger though. Breakfast was good."

"Hotel good but my colleagues were not let in for a discussion as it was after 21.30? Also a long wait at reception whilst other customers were discussing appropriate identification whilst trying to check in."

"There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy"

"The location, the services, breakfast and staff excellent, the only downside is the bed/pillow very uncomfortable, and some noise of moving furniture from 6:30am, when informed staff stated will look into it, unsure whether will visit again as can try better places and competitive prices in Leeds."

"Not very helpful on front desk. Was 10 minutes early and wanted £10 before they would give us our home. I stood and waited with a dog a 5 year child for 10 minutes,,, shocking service "
