Had an incredible stay here. The house and surrounding area are stunningly beautiful, and the rooms are very cosy. Loved the amenities provided and the staff were wonderful, down to earth and happy to help with whatever you needed. We booked a room with a conservatory and had an amazing time watching the bats fly in and out of the tree next door. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the dinner service. I can see why you have so many regular guests!

We were not aware but we had booked the 'Romantic Package'- bottle of bubbly waiting for us and a box of chocolates, a lovely surprise. Delightful room with 4 poster bed. Ate in the evening, extensive menu and excellent food. Good breakfast and Buck's Fizz came with our package. Excellent service from everyone, good value for money. Very popular with locals so advisable to book a table if you want to eat there.

Great stay from check in through to check out. Spacious, modern rooms and excellent buffet breakfast. Good location for shopping. Bit of a walk to FD Arena but just get an Uber!

Stayed with my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing. The Hotel knew this and left us a lovely note and some chocolates in our room for when we arrived, what a lovely surprise. We went to the Spa for a swim and sauna, we almost fell asleep on the beds we were so relaxed.

This is a fantastic hotel, in an idyllic location. Everything about Goldsborough is of the highest quality, with great attention to detail .Our room was exceptional and the cleanliness was the best I have seen so far. The gardens are delightful to walk round and the head gardener was very polite and friendly, as were all the staff. It's a nice pub that is part of the Thwaites chain. Menu doesn't cater well for Vegetarians and not at all for Vegans. Disappointing to see them burning coal on the fire in July, really thoughtless. Room was lovely though

Lovely hotel, staff were really helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Bar and restaurant were busy all day and eve which made a good atmosphere. Really spacious room amd bathroom. Great onsite parking and very close to shops,bars etc

Chose this hotel because of it's TripAdvisor rating. Cannot fault this hotel. Clean and nicely decorated. Pleasant staff and lovely room (Room 4 king bed and sea view) Loads of complimentary teas, coffees etc and an honesty bar for refrigerated drinks. Nice breakfast choice and good free wifi.

Jason & Katlyn in particular but all the Marriott Staff were genuinely friendly & attentive. The deluxe room was as depicted & described, with cleanliness levels to be applauded. The Marriott Leeds, I would highly recommended for its central location, the incredible staff, doorstep retail diversity, & global cuisine dinning options all within easy walking distance. We will be booking the Marriott Leeds again for our future visits to City.

We had a lovely welcome on our arrival last Friday. We were very impressed by our room (3) which had a very high standard of decoration. Our room (superior double) had a lovely king- sized bed as well as a very comfortable large sofa. The ensuite bathroom was well thought out with thick towels and a vanity unit with a fantastic mirror. The owners have done everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in room 410, it was a beautiful room, lovely decor & finish, a very good size too. Comfortable bed & bedding, the pillows were far to soft for our liking though. We were slightly dubious about potential noise as the room was next to the lift & across from the kitchen but it was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel - we loved the old colours and decor Really really lovely and we will certainly be back - and oh yes the best shower in the world !!!
