"We came here for our mini-moon the day after getting married. We paid almost £500 as a treat to ourselves and we won't be coming back. We have 4 issues with our room which should have been picked up by house-keeping/maintenance. The staff were nice enough and house-keeping was very apologetic but we weren't moved rooms until the next night (which also had a couple of issues but it wasn't worth moving again for). The cocktails were perfect and the food was good, the french fries were my favourite although I did have to send back my caesar salad though due to dirt on the salad leaves. Parking is expensive and unclear. Due to a misunderstanding we ended up paying £84 for parking, the hotel then "refunded" the £40 but it just got turned into credit for the hotel."
