"Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!"

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor negative issues: - All but one USB ports were broken, non-functional - Breakfast was average with limited choices - Shower water pressure was unusually low Other than those issues, it's a good hotel close to everything - Clean, bright bedroom (a bit small as expected in Shinjuku) - Cleverly designed, well-used of bathroom space - A nice coin laundry - Helpful staff"

"This hotel is absolutely delightful! Location wise you are one street away from the train, and the surrounding area has supermarket, convenience stores and eateries. From the moment you enter the staff greet you with lovely smiles. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have all you need (yes small but we are in Japan) and the breakfast is plentiful with toast, drinks and miso. The cafe is delicious! (we ate there three times during our stay and every dish was so good) I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; it’s perfect! "
