It was very relaxing with an onsen downstairs and a lounge upstairs. The capsule rooms were very clean and comfortable, with outlets for your things, a personal fan and ac, and a sliding door.
Staff is friendly. They serve free breakfast, alcoholic beverages are also served for free along with soft drinks. What else can you ask for? Such a reasonable price? It’s a steal.
The massage chairs were perfect, since the whole reason for staying here was to train at the nearby bouldering gym (B-Pump). Using the chairs after a long climbing session felt great.
very close to transportation, restaurants convenience store, supermarkets and shopping area. If you do not mind to sleep in a small space, highly recommended.
Practically every amenity you can think of is provided (and is either inexpensive or free). This location is right next to a train station, making travel to and from here very accessible. The staff speak fluent English, and there are English signs of what rules to follow and what to do, making this a great place for capsule hotel first-timers.
Absolute insane amount of amenities for a place that’s only $50 usd a night. Free drink bar, free alcohol, hot spring, massage chairs, free books (albeit in Japanese if you can’t speak it), and a tv in every room. Capsules are about as comfortable as one could hope. This one is about a 20 min train ride from Shinjuku so easy to see the sights of the city from.
Hotel is about 14 minutes of public transit away from Shinjuku station so you can get about anywhere in the city on you get to that station. Hotel is clean, basic personal care supplies are plenty even if the hotel do not have what you need the nearby conbinis can fill the gap. Personnal locker is provided upon checking in, very convenient for day to day use without opening up your suitcase everytime you need something. Unlike some hotels your pods won't get daily cleaned but I'm sure the staff can help you out if your pod needs to be cleaned during your stay.
Amazing 5 stars all around, when I return to Japan I’ll be staying longer.

Staff was polite and respectful and made sure that we had a great time. The hotel was marvelous, and we had a great time. A great experience at a low price.
Very convenient.
Close to station, Ogikubo is a stop on the rapid Chuo line so its very easy to get places.
Free drinks and breakfast/snacks.
Bath is great.
Only negative is that the pods can get a bit stuffy at night when sleeping.
