"Amazing location. Great breakfast buffet for a good price. Accessible to downtown Shinjuku for a short 15-minute walk. Lots of shopping and dining around. Easy access to Shinjuku and Yoyogi stations. Staff are helpful and English speaking. Only issue I have is there’s no gym. Otherwise, great hotel for $200/night."

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—especially when we realized after checkout that we had accidentally left our passports in the room safe. They responded immediately and arranged to have the items shipped to our next destination without delay.
