"The rooms are very nice modern spacious . The corridor looks outdated though but still clean . Nice to have the adapters and multi cables available in the room . Toilet within the room is spacious bright clean and modern . Will definitely stay here again if I m back to Tokyo. Do remember to check if the room type comes with access to the sky lounge as I forgot to do so"

"Very helpful staff from check in to check out No issues found with room during stay Very convenient being attached the the airport limousine bus service from and to Haneda airport. Many convenience stores located in and around the hotel Luggage check in service is very helpful especially if you have a delayed flight. Check out was 11 am but we were able to keep our luggage with them till we had to go to the airport at 6pm+"

"This hotel was so good that we canceled our other Tokyo reservations and came back a second time during the same trip. It is really clean, well appointed and well located. We also appreciated that all the staff we dealt with were Japanese. We were on a cultural trip to visit ancestry and this was the staff at the hotel helped us experience a little more than some of the large hotels we visited around Japan."

"The room was tiny. But I was solo-traveling and the point of my trip was to be out and about as much as possible, so this suited me fine. The accommodation was super economical, albeit basic. Free continental breakfast and a complimentary drink at the attached bar were included. The room was clean and comfortable, although you are in the middle of Shinjuku, so expect city noise. The best feature is the location - just outside Shinjuku station, across the street from Omoide Yokocho, and walking distance to everything!"
