"Everything was pretty much perfect besides two things that struck me out: The Room AC took REALLY long to heat up and twice as long to cool down. Major pain on a humid hot day Breakfast was really tasty but the time for last meal orders said 8:30 and 8:20 I was already ushered out of the buffet room. I didn't make it in time to take drinks and the dining hall had no water even so I had to eat without a drink. If last meal order says 8:30 I figured last time someone can go into buffet room is 8:30 and not ultimate cut off of it."

"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Even though the rooms were a little small they were very well equipped and very comfortable. They have everything we needed for our stay. We spent a very comfortable four nights at the hotel. We thought the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices if you like a Japanese breakfast. Helpful staff. Very useful to have a laundry as well we used the coin washing machines as we are travelling for over three weeks."

"So, I’m a non-smoker but for the price and it being last minute, I think overall that it was an excellent stay. Based on the fact that it was last minute, I believe that had it been under normal circumstances I would have been please even more so. The location is the big draw for many travelers since it’s situated near the train station and shopping areas."
