No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it.
Thank god figured it out and successfully checked in.
Room is clean and new

We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed.
