"Hotel room starting to look a bit haggard. Furnature chipper and scratched, stains on couch, hair stuck on wall of shower….Guess that’s why rooms are cheaper now. Got an upgrade to a suite-thank you to the excellent check on staff!! The bed was amazing, and very quiet! Overall good stay for the night"

"Perfect location for exploring Vancouver, very clean and comfortable. Our room had beautiful view. Food and drink are expensive but multiple great food options right outside hotel. Staff very friendly and obliging. This was our second stay. We would definitely stay here again "

"Upon arrival, we were stuck in the parkade for over 10 minutes due to an elevator being down, for which there was no signage to inform us of this closure. We had issues with our key cards not being activated, and the front desk staff was very rude when helping us fix this. The room was clean enough, however the hotel itself was very dirty. Extreme dust, dirty carpets, and dirt staining floorboards. The pool and sauna/steam-room were disgusting. Grime and dirt covering everything. Also, not being supplied shampoo/conditioner/body wash was very annoying. I understand not wanting to use single use products, but a large pump bottle as seen in other hotels would be great. Overall, I will not be staying in this hotel again. "

"Great location to explore all the attractions of Vancouver. The room was very clean and the gym had an excellent range of equipment. Restaurant was great and the food was was excellent. Great value for downtown Vancouver "

"They did not have the room we booked, the hotel rooms were unclean, staff were not helpful, the food was awful and upon leaving I checked out and kept my luggage with the hotel services and came back to my bag full soaked in water. Terrible stay but we did make memories. "
