"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"This is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The owners and staff are the kindest people and made our stay one of the most memorable and special trips for our family. We can’t recommend going here enough! We will be back. Quiet, Clean, adventures in nature, bike trails, food and yoga were all amazing! "
"This place was 10/10 for us! My family and I were excited about this vacation and to be honest, this place exceeded our expectations. It was affordable, and all of the staff were very nice people! I'd definitely recommend going. We will definitely be back!"

"Definitely coming back, everything was great, especially the service. Food was good and amenities are great. Lots of pools and they have 2 small water parks for kids which was awesome since I traveled with kids. Right outside the resort they had an OXXO which was very convenient and cheap for everything. Good shows and entertainment was pretty good. "

"We had such a wonderful, personal, and unforgettable experience at this hotel. From the moment my sisters and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed in the lobby. Despite our last-minute request, the staff graciously accommodated us for the temazcal experience — something we will never forget.
Pedro, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. He worked hard to fit us into the temazcal ceremony and helped coordinate taxis for our last-minute requests. His kindness and effort made a big difference in our stay.
Our shaman, Miguel, was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel safe and supported throughout the entire ceremony. He took his time to explain the process and guided us through a deeply spiritual and healing journey.
A highlight of our stay was the food. Chef Adam E. curated and prepared the most delicious meals for us on both nights. He even came to our table to share how each dish was made, adding such a personal and thoughtful touch to our dining experience.
We also loved staying in the bungalow — a magical setting where we could see fireflies dancing around the room through the glass walls. Surrounded by jungle sounds and nature, it truly felt like an escape into a serene, hidden paradise.
This trip was special in every way, and we’re so grateful for the memories we made here."
"Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous.
The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude.
The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife.
Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I recommend the outdoor beach eating palapas, especially ‘El Chiringuito’.
I recommend hiring a tour guide/driver like Juan Santos to take you to the local archeological sights. You need nerves of steel if you want to drive against the local drivers. They have their own road rules.
My family and I went to celebrate our birthdays in late Jan-Feb.
I don’t want to stay in hot uncomfortable rooms or have mosquitos bothering me.
The rooms are spacious and lovely.
Don’t overpay for cabs. The concierge will help you arrange rides into Tulúm.
The property is sublime with nothing lacking.
Only minus for us is dinner portions are small and pricey.
I can’t wait till my next visit. "
