"This place was unfortunately horrible to stay in. The small time frame from when we parked and checked in to when we were walking to the elevator, we heard a car alarm go off. We ran outside knowing we had seen several homeless people lingering around the area and realized barely 5 minutes had passed from check in until someone was trying to break into OUR rental car. Then we got to the room and even though the lock turned green when we inserted our key card, the door would barely open as if the deadbolt was firmly in place. We tried 10 different times and had the same result so we went down explaining the situation and that someone was clearly already in our room. They didn't even try to explain it (maybe that's happened before?) and gave us a new room. Overnight the room window was directly next to the McDonalds drive through and we heard orders being taken loudly disrupting our sleep. Finally when we went down to check out earlier than planned the next morning, the same front desk manager from overnight told us his maintenance person went to our first room and opened it just fine so it was clearly our fault. He tried to talk us through how the key card has to turn the lock green, even when we kept trying to explain it clearly turned green and we obviously had no issues with the second room. They kept blaming us and we finally gave up and left. Absolutely terrible service and not a safe area. Do not recommend."
