"We stayed two nights in a king studio with a kitchenette… no cooking utensils pots or pan.s… no plates or silverware… no coffee pot. We could not get into our room with our key card both nights making three trips to the front desk each night. We were on the second floor. There were no coffee cups available at the grab and go breakfast station Saturday morning as they ran out. Sunday morning they ran out of hot coffee. I will never stay here again."

"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."
