"First time staying here I always stay at the portofino resort decided to stay here because of the proximity to volcano bay I didn’t want to deal with shuttles or far away parking. I was extremely impressed with their staff they were all AMAZING especially the young lady at the front desk who check me in Kayla, she was a true professional knew her stuff and completely helpful from the start this hotel is very lucky to have someone like this working for them , she really elevated the experience"

"Fantastic Family Stay with Great Disney Perks!I I recently stayed at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek with my 10-year-old daughter for a Disney getaway and we had a wonderful experience. We spent our days exploring Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. On different days of course. Would've been way too tiring if we had chosen to hop parks. Signia made our park days incredibly convenient by providing a free shuttle service directly to the Disney parks, as well as to Disney Springs. Another perk while staying at a Disney resort is the early entry to the parks. Which was absolutely amazing. Also, please book lighting Lane as well for the parks. Made such a difference. While the property is not an all-inclusive resort, which I knew beforehand: having a dining or inclusive package option would have made our stay absolutely perfect. That minor preference aside, the excellent service, great amenities and seamless transportation made this a fantastic home base for our Orlando vacation. Signia has an amazing lazy pool, water slide and 2 hot tubs/jacuzzi outside. My only wish was for at least one pool to be deeper than 3ft 6". I really wanted a swim :) I would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable stay and accessible Disney trip!"

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It’s close proximity to the theme parks and the shuttles help. The only con is that you can hear persons footsteps (running, jumping, playing) through the walls. It interrupts sleep if you’re a light sleeper."

"We had a comfortable stay at Caribe Royale. The accommodations were pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The resort was close to alot of stores, which was convenient. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would happily stay here again."
