Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williams by IHG

8/10 Good
"Hotel was very clean but just a little rough around the edges, scratches on walls, worn carpet in halls, vinyl peeling on headboard, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again except that the pool and hot tub, which were listed when I booked the hotel 2 months before our trip, was out of service and with no return to service in sight. When we reached the hotel, we were informed of no pool/hot tub, and after check in when I checked the listing on Expedia, those amenities had been removed. Breakfast was good, many options, and the staff were helpful."

"Expect the quintessential tourist experience. The encounter with staff was pretty mixed, with one front desk staff member who clearly had a bad day and felt the need to share it, but at the end of the day, her co-worker went above and beyond the call of duty. Other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It does seem that when they check in tours, which is often, adding extra front desk folks would not be a bad idea. Both for staff and hotel guests."
