"We chose this property because of its location right in town. There are shopping areas bounding the property and across the street, including galleries and a variety of restaurants. Views from our balcony were beautiful. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Inside our room, the bottles of conditioner and lotion were totally empty; when we turned on the kitchen sink, the fixture was worryingly wobbly. We used the pull-out bed, which had only a thin blanket---not enough. We asked for a comforter similar to the one on the bed, and received only another thin blanket. We took advantage of the on-site spa; our massages were excellent. Facials were mediocre."

"A very nice B&B in a great location. Walkable to uptown and a number of good restaurants. A short walk the other way and you are at a trailhead to some of the most beautiful hikes in the area. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out with very nice amenities. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious each morning, with a varied menu to select from the afternoon before. Everyone on the staff was great, offering any assistance needed and suggestions for activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Sedona."
