"The outdoor was very pretty, the room was very clean. But the WiFi was broken for the whole night, and didn’t even come back when I checked out. The signal there was not good, I couldn’t even watch videos. The staff only said “I’m sorry our WiFi is crushed” when I checked in and never updated any progress after that. No compensation. No update. Very disappointed about that. "

"Clean hotel, great bathroom with second sink and counter in enclosed room, real coffee mugs and glasses, super comfortable beds, well built; you barely hear any hallway noise/nothing wakes you up. Wish there were more locations throughout the US, but if there were then they would probably go to junk like everything else. "

"There was no staff on site to help with check-in in the evening. We had to check-in through this machine that was controlled by someone off-site. They were not able to hear us clearly through the intercom. We specifically asked for a room that was not at the end of the hallway, but they assigned us a room that was at the end of the hallway. Given there was no staff on-site overnight, we did not feel safe. Most hotels have a chain door guard in each room for added security, but this was not present (especially when there was no on-site staff). The window of our room was not locked and we were given a room on the floor level. The TV was not working on the night we stayed. For breakfast, the pancake machine was broken. There wasn't enough milk for coffee, cereal, and oatmeal for everyone. There was also not enough fruits for everyone who wanted them. Overall, we did not have a good experience. "
