Very clean room. All amenities worked perfectly. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Location was safe and I felt comfortable staying there. Will absolutely return to this hotel.

Very nice for an older property. Rooms were quite clean and well maintained, did not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. It is pretty close to Milton Ave, which is one of the main traffic roads in Flagstaff. Setting up the fan to run at night drowned out much of the traffic noise. Fan in the bathroom did run kind of loud; we did not use the light in the bathroom much due to fear of disturbing the neighboring room.
