Located across the freeway from the historic and quaint downtown of Williams, so less traffic, but not really easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was a holiday weekend, so every hotel was higher priced. Probably a better value at other times."

"We had a nice stay - the hotel is in the midst of renovations so the laundry and ice machine on our floor were out of order. Breakfast was included which was nice. We had a renovated room and the staff were friendly."

As a former college campus maintenance plumber/AC tech, we were kept on constant watch for work orders from the students and resident assistants questions and requests. I know that there are always budget constraints to deal with also, but minor repairs usually prevent major repairs. Attention to details in housing is necessary to keep the business running smoothly and profitably. "
